Nicole K. Habl, PA

Ms. Habl has been practicing law since 1999,  when first admitted to the New York State Bar having graduating from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Habl went on to practice law at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting violent offenders in New York City. As a prosecutor, Ms. Habl interviewed thousands of witnesses and victims  of crime conducted  numerous jury and bench trials, elicited grand jury testimony and investigated high profile sex crimes and homicides with care and dedication.

Ms. Habl undergraduate degree was obtained from Florida State University in 1996 returning to Florida to practice law was in her near future.  She quickly took the Florida Bar exam and was admitted to practice in Florida 2000.

In 2006, Ms. Habl opened her own law office in Jacksonville, Florida.  There, she helped guide the families of Florida and Georgia through the pitfalls of divorce and criminal defense work.
