Each parent has an obligation to support his or her minor or legally dependent child. The guidelines support is based on the parent’s combined net income, as if both parent lived in the same household.  The guidelines encourage fair and efficient settlement of support issues between parents and minimize the need for litigation.

Any of these types of actions can trigger a calculation of child support. In order to calculate child support a financial affidavit must be completed by both parties. The financial affidavits can be found below. They are separated by the amount of money you make yearly.   Either less than  $50,000 or above $50,000 annually.
